Original Signal - Transmitting Web 2.0

What do you do if you want to keep up with news on the buzzing Web 2.0 scene? Get to know all the new start ups? Yes, you surf to sites that are in the know: TechCrunch, Read/Write Web, Museum of Modern Betas,… Though not a very convenient way surfing all those sites one by one, is it? News aggregators or portal sites like Netvibes or Pageflakes could do the job, of course. All mentioned sites offer RSS feeds.

But the clever way is using Original Signal, which is a portal site for all that is Web 2.0 or transmitting Web 2.0 as they call it. Original Signal aggregates news from the top fifteen sites focussing on Web 2.0.

Recently Original Signal launched similar sites for Technology, Gadgets, Jobs (US centred, though), Buzz (what are the news on del.icio.us, Reddit, Newsvine,…?) and Digg (now guess what that is).

I think Original Signal is an easy and convenient way to stay informed on topics you are interested in. You can even add Original Signal to your favourite portal site or news aggregator since it also offers RSS feeds.
