Transparency and Approachability as Marketing Tools

Narendra of 30 Boxes has written a very thoughtful blog entry on how transparency and approachability can help companies building a brand. He advocates face-to-face and personal communication with users where a blog is just a start. Personal email, involvement in discussion and much more are ways to establish customer loyalty.

Not much to add from here. Narendra is spot on.
