At www.profilefly.com there's additional tools that allow you to share other types content based on the relationship you have with friends. She was starting to build her own website to aggregate all of her profiles/network data, and she still may to expand her web programming skills, but I think any of the services that you mention could help her with aggregating her profile much faster.
